Rewa works closely with Board and Executive leadership teams as a consultant, adviser and Non-Executive Director, across a diversity of sectors, and with organisations ranging from start-ups and SMEs to multinationals and public sector bodies.

With over twenty years of consulting and industry experience, Rewa has worked with organisations to shape compelling and ambitious visions for change, and to deliver transformational outcomes to colleagues, customers, and stakeholders by leveraging investments in people, technology, partner relationships and new ways of working.

Combining strong commercial acumen with an ability to work across functional silos, join the dots, and identify new opportunities, Rewa has supported a range of clients to define strategic goals, deliver organisation and service change, and drive benefits in customer experience, operating and cost efficiencies, and new product development. Rewa founded Pepperscape Consulting to support and advise clients to achieve great outcomes in a collaborative and purposeful way, and to lead change that inspires and engages their people.

Chris is a Director of WEIGHT LIFTED. He is a specialist in strategy, planning and managing the delivery of outcomes for clients: he leads strategy and business consulting for WEIGHT LIFTED.

He is an insight-led strategic thinker, with strongly developed commercial acumen, implementation skills and a can-do attitude, and he has a passion for efficiently solving problems – especially through using and interpreting data to drive informed decision making.

An experienced consultant with Big-4 pedigree, he has worked in financial services, professional services, media, public sector and not-for-profit, with a focus on international trade since 2009.

Chris Doutney, Associate

Chris is Managing Director of Impact Advisory. Drawing on over 25 years’ experience of senior executive and board-level business leadership in business/technology consulting and managed services (EY, Aon, CSC and Civica), Chris specialises in helping clients understand their markets and develop their strategies.

He has overseen the development and execution of highly successful growth strategies and the transformation of account management and business development functions in a variety of organisations from SMEs to global corporates in multiple sectors. He has guided client teams to identify and enter new markets and re-skilled them to develop proactive sales/account management capabilities to enable success.

His extensive experience includes a variety of sectors: public sector, travel and transportation, financial services, health, education and scientific research and innovation.
